BAD DYLAN – a bad podcast about Bob Dylan’s bad music brought to you by hosts Nicholas Naioti, Justin Hickerson and Matt Lawhead. Every day for a week we subject ourselves to one abominable Dylan record, and then discuss our thoughts.
You won’t need a shot of turpentine to enjoy episode 5 of Bad Dylan where we take a long, hard look at Bob Dylan’s 21st studio record, Shot of Love. Released in 1981 as part of Dylan’s Holy Trinity of Christian records, Shot of Love at least holds more surprises than his other religous affairs. Packed with interesting production decisions, some interesting song choices, this album is… well… interesting. But is it any good?
But What Will People Say?
“…Keep them coming, if nothing else but to piss me off when you slay some of my sacred cows.”barrysjar
“…Pretty bad promotional idea for a podcast for Dylan fans. I hate people who just shit on artists work for the fun of it.”VelociRapper92
